ABOUT:
The therapeutic eye pillow is made with Flaxseed to gently press on acupressure points to release tension. The essential oils used assist to calm + reset an occupied mind. Use when Meditating or to deepin your Sivasana practice, in the evenings to ease into sleep or simply to switch off.

APPLICATION:
Can be used as is or:

COOL:
Place in the freezer for 30 mins. Place over the eye area to assist with tired eyes.

WARM:
Warm your pillow with an iron by gently pressing down on the pillow for 10 - 15 seconds on each side releasing the scent and warming the flaxseed. Place over eyes or at the back of the neck area to assist with headaches and tension. Always test warmth before use. Use when needed.

CARE:
Remove the inner layer of your eye pillow and gently wash the outer layer by hand. Hang to dry.
