REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Due to health regulations, we will only accept the return of Wass Skin products if :
· You have not received the products you ordered. We will replace on receiving the incorrect product with the correct product.
· Damaged products – photographic evidence emailed to us within 24h of delivery.
Return costs will not be reimbursed. You are responsible for postage costs of returning the item. We recommend using registered mail to return items, as we are not liable for any items lost in the post
We can not accept returns or refund any Wass products on international orders.
Wass Clothing Local / National
We are happy to exchange your purchase within 14 days from receiving. We are not liable for the courier cost for returns, please ensure the items are unworn and in excellent condition. Exchanges are not accepted on sale items.
We use courier services for all our deliveries (Door - Door). Orders will be processed within 3 – 5 business days. After completed allow 2 - 7 working days for delivery. Delivery hours are from 09:00 - 17:00 please provide the correct delivery address and contact number when placing your order.

Product prices are in ZAR (South African Rands) and exclude shipping costs. Please provide the correct delivery address and contact number when placing your order. Orders will be processed within 1 – 3 business days after completed, your order is sent with DHL and delivered to your local post office / door to door within 2 weeks. All items sent include a tracking number. The standard cost for international shipping is R650 per parcel. Please check customs before you order as we are not responsible for parcel not accepted by customs.
